Jim Lauria
Jim Lauria is President and Founder of Team Chemistry LLC. A thirty year veteran of the global chemical industry, Jim has extensive experience in management, marketing, sales, production, and engineering. During his career Jim has been an end user, a distributor and a manufacturer, giving him a unique understanding of the perspectives and contributions each stakeholder brings to a successful enterprise. Jim’s appreciation for the value of deep collaboration provided the genesis for Team Chemistry.
Prior to founding Team Chemistry LLC, he was President of EaglePicher Filtration & Minerals, an $80M filtration media and functional additives manufacturer headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The firm was awarded a Presidential “E” Award for excellence in export expansion based on a 25% increase in international sales under Jim’s leadership from 2000 through 2002.
Jim was also President of Synergistic Performance Corporation, a specialty chemical distribution company. For the first ten years of his career, Jim worked in progressively responsible process engineering, environmental and management positions in the sugar industry.
Jim recently provided peer review for the World Health Organization’s 2004 publication, Water Treatment and Pathogen Control: Process Efficiency in Achieving Safe Drinking Water.
He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Manhattan College.

John Kauke
John Kauke is COO and a Partner of Team Chemistry LLC. Prior to joining Team Chemistry, John was Principal of Global Market Linkage, a consultancy he founded in 1997 to help companies discover, define and develop new markets or new ways to market their products. His expertise includes market entry strategy, sales team development and alliance building.
Prior to founding GML, John was VP of Sales for Cornnuts, Inc., with global sales responsibility for the $50M family-owned firm. As General Manager of a partnership controlled by Cornnuts, he conceived and developed a European virtual company based on strategic alliances for agriculture, manufacturing, brand marketing and distribution.
John was also Export Area Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean for the Carnation Company. He began his career in Central America with Regents Publishing Company (a unit of Hachette), an international publisher of language acquisition materials.
In conjunction with Promar International (a leading food chain consultancy), he published multi-client studies addressing the challenges for mid-sized companies in a consolidated marketplace and the future of snack markets in Latin America.
John currently serves as Chair of the Nevada Export Council, part of a national volunteer organization dedicated to assisting US exporters. He is a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, and is bilingual English/Spanish.

Nancy Dill
Nancy Dill is an Associate of Team Chemistry and Principal of Business Solutions Consulting.
Nancy brings a rich history of business consulting to Team Chemistry. She has two areas of specialization: 1) working with Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers to bridge the gaps between their organization’s current performance and their desired goals and 2) bringing budding organizational ideas to fruition.
A consultant for more than 13 years, Nancy has worked with a broad spectrum of outstanding organizations including Intel, Chiron, Oracle, and Kaiser Permanente. She has a track record of producing consistently outstanding results while mentoring clients to build lasting organizational capacity.
Nancy brings an unusual mix of skills and background. A self starter, she started work at 15, putting herself through school while developing a wide range of business capabilities. After starting her family, she returned to school to earn her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Nancy serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern California chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants. She is currently a candidate for the Institute of Management Consultant’s prestigious Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, an honor less than 1% of consultants in America hold.
